'Raise your Glasses' by D'Banj as you all know is the official Hennessy Artistry 2013 track.
Let's back track a bit to past years; 'Like a Bottle' was the theme song for year 2010 which was a blend of various talents; talking about Sir Shina peters, M.I, Bez, Ice Prince and Nneka. 2011 was 'Toast to The Good Life' produced by Jesse Jagz, which had on it a trio, namely: Eldee, Bany W and Tiwa Savage. For the year 2012 theme song, M.I and Naeto C came up with 'Bar Tender', a toothsome track.
It's no doubt Hennessy Artistry is going stronger year in year out keeping the followers of the musical platform anticipating what theme song they will come up with each year and who the headliner will be.
This year, 2013, Hennessy took a bold step to pick D'Banj as the 'Headliner' for this year's 'Hennessy Artistry' with a theme song. Having listened to 'Raise your Glasses', one would say D'Banj did blessed this theme song with his voice and his delivery on it is more than Classic. He gave the theme song a feel of class, as well as a blend of cool and energy.
But we are addressing a diverse audience here who, regardless of who the headliner is, may have different view to who they think should be the next Headliner for the 'Hennessy Artistry'.
